(TROY, MI) OCTOBER 2021. The Troy Nature Society is once again presenting its largest fundraiser of the year hosted by the Troy Community Center. The 2021 Nature Uncorked Wine & Beer Tasting fundraiser presented by Mark Rossman, PC will be held on Friday, November 5th from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Guests will enjoy an evening of wine and beer samplings along with delectable appetizers that will appeal to every palate. Patrons can participate in fun activities such as the popular Wine Pull game, Spin the Bottle challenge, raffle drawings and place bids on a wide selection of silent auction……
STAGE NATURE CENTER DEDICATES NEW HOME FOR RAPTORS IN NEED
(TROY, MI) JUNE 2021. The Troy Nature Society (TNS), a nonprofit organization,recently completed a three-year project to construct a permanent home at theStage Nature Center for five rehabilitated owls. In 2018, the Society adopted theowls from a local organization that was in the process of disbanding and could nolonger care for the owls. The three species of owls are different ages and each wasfound with various injuries that prevent them from living in the wild and taking careof themselves.While waiting for their new home to be constructed, the owls where housed in atemporary location at the nature center and began……
